    Step 1Pour sake, white curacao and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake.
    Step 2Pour into a glass filled with ice, pour in the tonic water and stir gently.
    Step 3Finally, sink the Blue Curacao from above.
    This cocktail is inspired by Lake Geneva, a fantasy lake in Switzerland. The blue gradation at the bottom of the glass is beautiful. This cocktail was created by Mr. Kazuo Ueda, who has won various cocktail competitions around the world many times. It won the silver prize at the World Cocktail Competition. The taste is a perfect mixture of sweetness and refreshment.
