Created by Koji Kurayoshi. 1984 Received the 1st prize in the 13th H.B.A. Creative Cocktail Competition. Mr. Kami's local shochu, Beni-otome, was used for the creation. The scent of raspberries, the lovely color and the sweet taste.

About Mai-otome Ingredients

焼酎
Shochu
It is a Japanese distilled spirit made from rice, sweet potatoes, and barley. When used as a base for cocktails, it offers a different taste than drinking it as is, and even those who do not like shochu can enjoy it more easily.
フランボワーズリキュール
Framboise liqueur
A raspberry liqueur born in France. Its mellow aroma and sweet and sour taste are very attractive.

Cointreau
White Curacao from France. The alcohol content is about 40%. It is clear and colorless, and when cooled with ice, it turns pale and cloudy. The raw material used is natural orange peel. It is characterized by its orange aroma and mild sweetness.
