Aromatic bitters
Bitter liqueur made primarily from the bark of the angostura (tangerine tree). When we simply call it Angostura bitters, we are referring to it. Just a few drops can add depth to the flavor.

    Step 1Add a small amount of Angostura Aromatic Bitters and rotate the glass so that the inside of the glass is completely wet with Angostura Aromatic Bitters. Discard the Angostura Aromatic Bitters left on the bottom of the glass.
    Step 2Put ice in a glass and pour dry gin into the glass.
    We make the inside of the glass to be used wet with Angostura Bitters and build. A cocktail that was born as an aperitif for a Royal Navy officer. The bitters have a strong bitter flavor, sharp and deep. One of the classic cocktails. Keep the gin well chilled in the freezer and may be made without ice. If made with the same ingredients and steamed, it becomes "Pink Gin".

    The combination of gin and orange juice gives a refreshing sweet and sour taste. The cocktail was created during the Prohibition Era in the 1920s in the U.S. It was made by adding orange juice to a bad bottle of alcohol that had been sold through black market channels and was not very drinkable on its own. As an arrangement, add 1 dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters for a firmer, drier taste.
