About Cointreau & Tonic Ingredients

コアントロー
Cointreau
White Curacao from France. The alcohol content is about 40%. It is clear and colorless, and when cooled with ice, it turns pale and cloudy. The raw material used is natural orange peel. It is characterized by its orange aroma and mild sweetness.
トニックウォーター
Tonic water
It is made by adding extracts from citrus peels and sugar content to carbonated water or soda pop, and has both a refreshing and bittersweet taste.
アロマティックビターズ
Aromatic bitters
Bitter liqueur made primarily from the bark of the angostura (tangerine tree). When we simply call it Angostura bitters, we are referring to it. Just a few drops can add depth to the flavor.
