About Mangoyan and Tonic Ingredients

Mango liqueur: Liqueur made from mango,the king of tropical fruits. Slightly sour and mellow taste.

Tonic water: It is made by adding extracts from citrus peels and sugar content to carbonated water or soda pop, and has both a refreshing and bittersweet taste.

Aromatic bitters: Bitter liqueur made primarily from the bark of the angostura (tangerine tree). When we simply call it Angostura bitters, we are referring to it. Just a few drops can add depth to the flavor.

About the supplies for making Mangoyan and Tonic

Collins glass: This glass is characterized by its cylindrical shape, long and narrow, and the small diameter of the mouthpiece, which retains carbonation.

Bar spoon: A spoon used to stir ingredients in a glass. It has a long handle and a spiral shape in the center of the handle to facilitate stirring.
