About Cafe Cordial Ingredients

Brandy: A distilled spirit made from grapes and other fruits. It has a sweet, mellow aroma and a mild, elegant taste.

Dark rum: It is made by storing distilled raw alcohol in charred casks for at least three years. It has a strong flavor due to the unique aromatic components from the casks, and has a dark brown color.

Coffee: It is better to use bitter coffee for cocktails. Unsweetened deep roast or very deep roast is recommended.

Sugar: Frosted sugar is easily dissolved. Apart from being used as a mixing ingredient, it can be rimmed with sugar or decorated with a dusting of powdered sugar.
