Baileys (Irish cream): A cream liqueur of Irish origin, developed in Dublin, Ireland in 1974. It was commercialized because of the old Irish custom of drinking whiskey with cream. Based on fine Irish whiskey, it is a luscious blend of fresh cream and rich chocolate and vanilla flavors. The bottle has an expiration date printed on it. Must be refrigerated after opening.

Soy milk: Soybeans soaked in water or steamed, then ground and strained. The higher the soybean solids content, the richer the flavor.
