Step 1Chill the glasses and ingredients well in advance.
Step 2Pour Creme de Framboise and Champagne into a chilled glass and stir gently.
The name "Imperial (= Emperor)" means to go over "Royal (= King)". You can taste the sweet and sour taste of raspberries elegantly. Replacing Creme de Framboise with Creme de Cassis becomes "Kir Royal".
