This cocktail originated in 1919, when Count Negroni ordered an Americano with a small amount of gin instead of soda to commemorate his last trip to London. All of these drinks have herbs used for flavoring, so they go well together. The bitterness and sweetness of Campari is further enhanced by the sweetness of sweet vermouth, giving it a fragrant, sweet and bittersweet taste.

About Negroni Ingredients

ジン
Gin
The gin is a distilled spirit made by adding juniper berries and other aromatic herbs called botanicals and is one of the four major spirits in the world. The flavor is herbal, floral, refreshing, sharp, and unique.
カンパリ
Campari
An Italian liqueur made with dozens of herbs and spices, including orange peel, coriander, and cinnamon. It is characterized by its bright red color and bitter taste.
スイート・ベルモット
Sweet vermouth
Flavored wines, often produced in Italy, are white wine-based wines blended with herbs and spices. Rosso has a strong herbal bitterness and sweetness. Bianco is relatively easy to drink.
オレンジ
Orange
Select those that are bright orange all over and the peel is taut and shiny. Many of them have wax on the peel, so wash them thoroughly.
