About Ougon-chi Ingredients

梅酒
Umeshu
A liqueur made by soaking plums in distilled liquors such as white liquor, shochu, and brandy. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and even those who do not like alcohol can enjoy drinking it like juice.
チェリーリキュール
Cherry liqueur
