Step 1Pour grenadine syrup into a liqueur glass.
Step 2With the back of a bar spoon in the glass, pour the mint liqueur (green) in a layer over the grenadine syrup.
This colorful cocktail is inspired by the port side of a ship with a red light and the starboard side with a green light. The taste is mildly sweet, refreshing and easy to drink.
