A cocktail in which a shot glass of tequila is submerged inside a glass of beer. It was invented for people for whom beer alone is not enough. The drink starts out as beer, but as you drink it, the flavor of tequila spreads, and you can get drunk quickly. If bourbon is added, the cocktail becomes a "Boiler Maker".
