About Suisen Ingredients

マスカットリキュール
Muscat liqueur
This liqueur is made from muscat grapes, also known as the queen of fruits. With its gorgeous aroma and refreshing grape flavor, it is delicious both as is and in cocktails.
緑茶
Green tea
It goes well with spirits and liqueurs, giving it a refreshing taste. Outside of Japan, green tea is often made with sugar, but in cocktails, unsweetened tea is used.
シュガーシロップ
Sugar syrup
A syrup made by dissolving sugar in water and boiling it. Often used in cold cocktails where sugar is difficult to dissolve.
アロマティックビターズ
Aromatic bitters
Bitter liqueur made primarily from the bark of the angostura (tangerine tree). When we simply call it Angostura bitters, we are referring to it. Just a few drops can add depth to the flavor.
