About Aperol Spritz Ingredients

Aperol: Aperol, an aperitif liqueur, was created in 1919 in Padua, a city in northern Italy, and is popular as the No. 1 liqueur in Italy. It has a refreshing sweetness and bitterness with an orange flavor and herbal taste. Compared to Campari, it has more sweetness than bitterness.

White wine: Cocktails made with white wine, which has a clean and refreshing taste, can be made with an easy-to-drink flavor that is recommended even for those who do not like wine.

Sparkling wine: A sparkling wine that contains a large amount of carbon dioxide gas. If it is made in the Champagne region of France and meets strict regulations, it is called Champagne.

Orange: Select those that are bright orange all over and the peel is taut and shiny. Many of them have wax on the peel, so wash them thoroughly.
