About Black Pearl Ingredients

White rum: A clear, colorless rum also known as silver rum. The taste of sugar cane, molasses, and other ingredients can be tasted in their natural state.

Coffee liqueur: A liqueur using coffee as one of the main ingredients. It is sweet with a hint of bitterness.

Coconut milk: It is made from the solid endosperm of mature coconut seeds. The solid endosperm is crushed into small pieces and cooked with water over low heat.

Pineapple juice: Standard cocktail ingredient. It blends well with other fruit juices and syrups. Often used in tropical and fruity cocktails.

Pineapple: It is often used in garnishes such as tropical drinks. The best tasting ones are those with yellowish bodies that are swollen at the bottom and leaves that are a nice dark green color.

Topical glass: The glass has a tropical atmosphere.

Shaker: Shaking with ice allows for rapid cooling. Effective for stirring materials that are difficult to mix or have a difference in specific gravity. Mellow out high alcohol content materials by mixing them with air.

Boston shaker: Also known as a two-piece shaker. It is divided into a tin and a pint glass. The large size allows for a lot of air to be added to the cocktail during shaking, resulting in a mellow taste with an alcohol angle.Ideal for fruit cocktails. A strainer is required for pouring.

Major cup: Measuring cups for measuring cocktail ingredients. Cups are paired at the top and bottom, and 30 ml and 45 ml are common.

Ice crusher: Tools for breaking ice into smaller pieces.
