Fresh Cassis Orange Soda

Ingredient
Cassis liqueur	30 ml
Cut orange(* Squeeze in three 1/8 cuts)	3 cuts
Soda	90 ml

Garnish	Amount
Cut orange(* One 1/8 cut)	1 cut

Step 1Pour the cassis liqueur into the glass.

Step 2Cut a well-washed orange and squeeze three 1/8 cuts into a glass.

Step 3Fill the glass with ice and stir.

Step 4Pour the soda into a glass and stir while lightly lifting the ice.

Step 5Finally, squeeze one 1/8 cut of orange on top.

A very fruity, sweet and refreshing cocktail with the sweetness of cassis and the freshness of freshly squeezed oranges.
