Step 1Chill cocarello in the freezer and water in the refrigerator.
Step 2Put the absinthe in a shot glass, then pour in cold water.
Step 3Gently pour the cocarero and divide into two layers.
Step 4Squeeze cut lime from above.
The combination of absinthe and water gives it a cloudy white hue, and the green color of cocarello gives it a greenish misty appearance. The unique herbal taste of absinthe is felt first, and the combined herbal taste of cocarello makes this an adult shooter with a strong herbal taste.
